Sun and Moon QiGong

Sun and Moon QiGong QiGong ("chee gung") is a moving meditation practice related to Tai Chi, where we coordinate gentle flowing movements, relaxed breath, and positive intentions.

It brings peaceful energy to mind, heart, and body. Hey There! I'm Jenn Kenny, a Certified Tier 1 Holden QiGong Teacher, and owner of Sun & Moon QiGong. I enjoy creating classes for morning, evening, and all times in-between! I aim to infuse my classes with positive energy, relaxation, fun... and I do love a good theme, so you may often see themed classes on the menu. It's fun for all ages & fitness levels- movements & flows can easily be adapted & modified to meet your individual needs. QiGong can help improve flexibility, balance & strength, and even boost confidence! Group Classes are just £7/session! This past Saturday, I had the absolute pleasure to collaborate with Stella from Soul Space Unlimited , to create a QiGong Day Retreat to remember! It was such a beautiful, special space - made possible by the unique combination of energy from the lovely women who joined us. And a big shout-out to Brightside Wellbeing Events, Warriors Rest Yurt, Stalham for providing the perfect venue, complete with cozy ambiance.

‘Label, Identify, Let Go’
Autumn is the perfect time to release unhelpful energy. Please join me for a FREE 45 minute Active Meditation session:
Sunday 19 October at 6:30pm (1:30pm USA EST)
Have pen & paper, or a journal, nearby. This meditation will help to create connection within, to our thoughts & feelings, our physical selves, inviting presence & awareness without judgment. We will practice letting go of the unnecessary, the intrusive, the energy that does not serve us.
Label – gently name it for what it is.
Identify – observe its qualities.
Let go – allow it to pass.
