Training for your upcoming marathon and feeling heavy in the hips?

Your TFL and Vastus Lateralis (the outer quad) are working overtime to stabilize every single stride.

If these get “glued” together, your hips feel locked and your knees start to tweak.

In this session, we’re moving past basic stretching and getting deep into the tissue:

• Pinning the TFL while moving the hip to break up those deep adhesions that causes that IT band to feel locked up.

• Clearing the Vastus Lateralis to take the “pull” off the knee.

• Using the massage gun over the myomaster today as the glutes and TFL have more surface area to hit to flush the tissue and reset the nervous system.

The result? Better hip extension, fluid knee mechanics, and a much smoother gait for those long Sunday runs. 🛠️✨

So this little tool surprised me.. effective and efficient at releasing trigger points and it saves my fingers lol

As a therapist this is actually a godsend, way better than any massage gun I’ve used 100%

It gets deeper into the muscle than manual therapy alone, faster, effective releases and better results for my clients.

🚨 Just unboxed the new muscle massager from 🚨

Most recovery tools I’ve used in the past don’t come close to this.. this one reaches 7500 RPM and features a 3-head system with interchangeable attachments for much more specific work.

I’m looking forward to getting this into my tool kit with clients. I have a feeling the extra power and attachment variety are going to make a noticeable difference in how we tackle stubborn tension.

Why Your Shoulders Feel “Short” on the Wall 🔓

If you’re a climber, your Lats and Biceps are your powerhouses—but they’re also the first to tighten up.

In this session:
• The Assessment: We’re checking shoulder ROM to see how much “vertical” space the client actually has.

• The Culprits: Constant pulling and eccentric loading had left this client’s Lats and Biceps super restricted, effectively “pinning” his shoulders down.

• The Fix: Targeted soft tissue release to the Lats to restore elasticity and improve overhead mechanics.
