Just One Pound
It is all too easy to dismiss 1lb of weight lost but if we dive a bit deeper into it then you’ll be shocked at what you’ll find.
1lb lost per week adds up to 3 and a half stone in the year.
That means looser clothes (and a shopping spree), much better physical and mental health and a huge sense of achievement. This is all from the small step of losing just 1lb each week.
Small steps add up to a huge distance.
It may not feel like a lot at the time but keep focussed on the end goal. Every lb is a lb closer to your goal. It’s proof of your effort and change in your body.
Next time you lose ‘just’ a pound remember it’s not just anything, it’s everything.
