What would you say are your top methods of "clearing the mind"? I would say I have 3 things...
1️⃣ First is a good session in the gym
2️⃣ Second is spending some time in nature
3️⃣ Third is writing all my thoughts down to help make sense of them and create some structure/order to them.
And these are so important to me because if I don't do them my mind becomes chaotic, thus making me less productive, more sporadic, crazy changes in mood and motivation and all sorts.
Hence why I work with businesses to encourage employees to create healthier and fitter lifestyles alongside their work life so they have improved mental health overall.
But back to my question...
