We halved the lead time of this project through our supplier to deliver this project 3 weeks ahead of schedule!

A recent 6am phone call from a local care home in saw one of our engineers on site within half an hour. Catastrophic failure of the hydraulic pump and motor resulted in a heavily used and depended upon lift being out of service.

Using parts sourced through local suppliers within the grimsby area the lift was back in service that same afternoon enabling the home to continue to function.

We don't just do stairlifts, we have maintenance contracts for the care sector lifts that span from Enfield up to Kilmarnock.

Often we receive enquiries from families stating that they do not want a "hard sell" or a persistent sales representative to deal with their enquiry as the relative maybe vulnerable.

Here at Grimsby Lifts that is not the way we work, if requested we will send an engineer to survey the site and from there we can provide you with an accurate quote and installation date. There is no "hard sell" there are no constant phone calls once we leave asking if you would like to purchase, we leave that decision up to the customer and their relatives. There are no expensive maintenance contracts that we make you enter, nor do we take any payment until the lift has been installed and commissioned.
