Hello👋🏾 I'm currently researching experiences of disclosing racial trauma in therapy in the UK.

There is little understanding of how racial trauma affects people in the UK, and to our knowledge, there is no existing research exploring the therapy experiences of people affected by racial trauma in the UK.

My hope is to inform improvements in support for those experiencing racism-related distress.

We're hoping to reach as many people as possible who identify with this experience so please share widely!
