FYI Yoga tonight at the oasis
We will be definitely be inside as the temperature at that point is 30°. The air on will be on to cool us down a bit. Keep hydrated 🫶

🧘‍♀️Lovely outside yoga session this morning🌼Mountain pose, down dog, 3leggel dog, lunge to w2 and star flow, ext side angle, bind behind and float into half moon, flamingo, lunge back to 3 leg dog, wild thing, 3legged with elbow taps, pigeon, 1 leg forward fold, fire log back to down dog and repeat other side. fans happy summer solstice everyone ☀️

🙏Started today’s yoga session inside but sun drove us outside.
What a treat. Fun sequence 🥰

Spaces available for Saturdays 9-10am and Mondays 6:15 & 7:30pm at the oasis at infant school.
Also still running classes at the spike centre in Guildford (term time) Thursdays 10-11am
