Forever and all night,
For the power of the Lord is within us,
Unity and the source of truth.
Lean on this power to help you feel love, peace and harmony,
For the turbulence is yet to appear.

The flow of love yet radiates,
It is close and very near,
Lean back on us your guides and wisdom,
For we build the strength that humanity needs,
For the everlasting power of the Lord shines through,
To the hearts and the lives of many in need.

Your strength and power are within,
You and us combined,
Lean back on us for the guidance,

Most men are constantly pulled outward.
By opinions.
By pressure.
By expectations that were never truly theirs to carry.

The noise is everywhere — telling them who they should be, how they should act, and what success is meant to look like. Over time, that noise drowns out their own inner voice.

But when a man goes within, something shifts.

The noise starts to lose its grip.
The urgency fades.
The need to react disappears.

In that stillness, clarity returns.

He doesn’t need to be told what to do — he knows.
His decisions feel steadier.
His direction becomes calm, intentional, and grounded.

From that place, life doesn’t feel like a constant battle.
Obstacles are met with presence, not panic.

Not escape — but connection.

Life at times can feel like a game of Battleships.

Sometimes it feels like people are trying to work you out, test you, or take shots when you’re already carrying enough.

Real strength isn’t reacting straight away.
It’s not revealing your next move.
It’s staying grounded and letting your actions speak.

When a man is connected to his heart, mind, body, and inner self, he knows exactly what he’s doing. He speaks the truth as it comes from the heart. He doesn’t need to explain himself or prove anything. He observes, regulates, and chooses his next move or even just to remain calm.

So when negativity shows up — from people, pressure, or situations — it’s not about retaliation.
It’s about coming into the moment.

Staying calm.

Being aligned.

And often… it’s the move that changes everything.

I’m getting myself ready to go to work today, working outdoors in nature. I’m wondering what you do in the morning to prepare yourself for going out? Is it sitting in the quiet for 5 minutes, having a cold shower? I love to know.

My favourite is having a cold shower and just sitting in the quiet.
