We often associate survival mode with chaos or crisis. But for many people, it looks much quieter — and much more chronic.

Here are some subtle signs you may be stuck in survival mode šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

😓 You wake up already feeling exhausted. Even if you’ve slept, your mind feels foggy, your body feels heavy, and everything feels like too much.

šŸ˜•You’re emotionally flat… or on edge. You find it hard to connect to joy, and even small setbacks trigger frustration or overwhelm.

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøYou struggle to make simple decisions. Choosing what to eat, replying to a message, or prioritising tasks feels impossible.

āœ”ļøYou live in ā€˜just get through it’ mode. You’re ticking boxes, meeting deadlines, doing the things—but you’re not living, you’re just coping.
