I feel blessed to currently have NO SPACES in my Monday night class.

I DON'T run the class as a "drop in class".
I do have a waiting list, and you are more than welcome to contact me to be put on the waiting list.

Why do I operate this way?
Yoga is more than just a weekly exercise class and consistency is the key to establish a regular holistic yoga practice.
