There will be 2 outdoor instructed sessions per week and regular home workouts. If you like many others need a little help and motivation after lockdown to get back to physical and mental fitness then join our free 6wk program for all abilities and skill levels. Tomorrow we would like you all to place yourself into either category 1, 2 or 3

Category 1
Is for anyone who has done nothing all lockdown ie eat, drink, sleep, repeat!

Category 2
Is for anyone who does light exercise ie going for a walk regular or a physical job!

Category 3
Is for anyone who might go jogging cycling or small amounts of exercise at home

Please be honest as this will help us place you into your working group. Don't worry if you get the wrong group we will know when you exercise and we will make sure your put into the right group!๐Ÿ˜‡

Social Distancing !!๐Ÿค”

So with current restrictions we need to remind you that we still have to adhere to the rules.

We want to spend as much time with you as possible, therefore we would like each of you to police yourselves with the distancing. We will make sure that all exercises will be able to be completed whilst adhering to the guidance.

Please respect others attending and stay within your group/bubble/family ๐Ÿ‘

If you are brininging little ones or under 16yr olds with you they can join in or be at your side whilst your training please remember that they are your responsibility (behaviour wise) and not ours!

We are super excited to be engaging with the community so let's all make this work togetherโœŠ

Ok so the response has definitely been massive!

Therefore we are going to start you all off with a 30 to 40 mins workout on both Tues and Thurs this week.

Due to the numbers coming we will have 3 classes each night starting from 6.00pm 6.30pm and 7.00pm

There will be 4 trainers on each class to assist. Please remember to ask the trainers for any help or guidance you may need (that's what they are there for)

On Thursdays session we will have Lucy joining us an Msc' Nutritionist and level 4 personal trainer, so please feel free to talk to her and ask advice on anything regarding FOOD.

As you will be aware there will be varying ranges of ability and we will accommodate for all abilities!

Tomorrow, we will be putting up some information regarding social distancing and anyone under the age of 18 that may be joining you whilst your working out.
