Tuning -in to the benefits of yoga
I’m inviting you to join this exciting five-week series. Meeting every other week, we’ll tune-in to how yoga benefits our daily lives and treat ourselves to finding out what makes yoga so timeless. What has it given people over time and how can it help us?
Five meets over ten weeks. You can book for the series or per meet.
4th March What does yoga mean to us? The 8 limbs of yoga.
18th March Integrating mind, body and breath
1st April Breathing practices that help you reset
15th April Calm and balance through meditation
29th April What are chakras? Shaping emotional wellbeing
We’ll explore the integration of mind, body and breath in yoga.
We’ll find out about and practise breathing techniques, mudras, meditation, relaxation and movement of energy.
We’ll find links to wellbeing and understand more of what yoga has offered through its history and what it offers us today.
We’ll dip into key texts past and present.
During each tune-in meet, we will be seated on chairs or standing to practise techniques. We’ll also have a cuppa!
Payment is either £40 for five sessions or £9 per session.
