🎨 Amisfield Gather-In: A Joyful Harvest Exhibition
📅 20th - 28th September 2025
🕓 10.00am – 4.00pm
📍 Amisfield Walled Garden, Haddington, East Lothian EH41 3TE

This group exhibition brings together local artists and makers in a seasonal celebration, set within the beautiful surroundings of the historic Amisfield Walled Garden. The exhibition includes work across a variety of media – from ceramics and sculpture to embroidery, painting, poetry, wood engraving, botanical art and more – all thoughtfully curated to reflect the garden’s changing landscape and the spirit of harvest.

🧠 ASIST Training – Funded Two-Day Workshop in East Lothian
⏰ 8th & 9th September 2025 9:30am – 5:00pm
📍 The Pennypit, Prestonpans EH32 9BN

Are you working or volunteering in East Lothian? Want to feel more confident supporting someone who may be thinking about su***de?
ASIST (Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training) is a practical, two-day workshop that gives you the tools to provide life-saving support. You’ll learn how to:

✅ Recognise signs someone may be at risk
✅ Offer immediate, compassionate support
✅ Develop a personalised safety plan
✅ Connect people with ongoing help

This training is completely free thanks to funding from the East Lothian Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund and is open to anyone over 18 – whether you're a community volunteer, teacher, carer, keyworker or simply someone who wants to help.

How is your summer going? Enjoying the sunshine or struggling to cope? Come and talk to others in a safe space facilitated by a mental health professional and a volunteer with lived experience of mental health problems. We are back running sessions next week from 7pm to 9pm as follows;
