Good morning and happy Monday all!
Who needs a coffee this morning after their weekend? ☕️ I certainly do! Juggling motherhood to a crazy but cute boy just makes you crave that coffee in the morning!
There’s a lot of misconceptions circulating the media regarding coffee / caffeine and whether it is healthy for you. Whilst there are many benefits to drinking BLACK coffee, if you are one of those people who like milk & sugar in every cup then this may not be the healthiest option for you. HOWEVER, depending on your PERSONAL fitness/health goals there are always things we can look at to ensure you still have your coffee fix as well as hitting your goals!
