We have a lovely little shop that’s full of gifts, crafts and art from local people.

It’s also an opportunity for Therapist to come and have a look around the rooms that we hire to see if the Energy fits for you and your business.

When hiring a room at the hub, we promote your business through social media and hand out your leaflets and business cards to promote you. We want you to be busy. So this is a great way to collaborate and as a Self-Employed person to not feel like you’re on your own.

I’m bike riding in a virtual bike ride from John O Groats to Lands End, raising money to help make the hub more accessible! Raising £5,000 to match fund…. £335 raised so far and I’m into 200+ miles so far… 874 miles in total….

After completing my training with the fabulous back at the end of February - I have finally got myself sorted and am so excited to be running a number of baby and toddler massage and reflexology sessions over May and June (and hopefully beyond!)

Recovering from an exceedingly busy Easter 🐣 Holidays and attempting to get back into some kind of routine …here’s a random photo dump of some of the things we got up to !

Parties, play dates, foraging with the fabulous Live Wild , lamb feeding, gardening in the sun, a visit to The Forbidden Corner Official , more play dates, more gardening , Yorkshire Asian Business Association Eid celebrations with my wonderful Breaking Barriers ladies, needle felting witches with the super clever Crafty baggage , birthday contrast therapy The Paddock Wellness Club - Hebden Bridge and flowers plus more gardening !

Back to work for a break 😂…. I’m back to normal working hours this week and there’s a couple of appointments left this Thursday and Friday and plenty of availability next week onwards if you too need a bit of relaxation!
