What a beautiful sunny day it’s turned out to be! ☀️🌼💛
Started the morning with my first client who was all ready and waiting for me 🙌✨ Just a few jobs to get everything sorted and set up for the day 📝✔️
Then it was off to my next client where we shopped till we dropped! 🛍️👗👚🛒💳 We enjoyed a lovely lunch out together 🥗🥪☕🍰 and made the most of this gorgeous sunshine 🌞😎🌷
Another productive day in the bag! 💼✨ Feeling so grateful and absolutely loving this weather! 💛🌈🌻

What a beautiful day it’s been today! ☀️ There’s nothing better than seeing clear blue skies and feeling the sunshine on your face.
I started the morning with chair exercises with my client — a great way to get those muscles moving and set the tone for the day. No time to waste after that! I picked up my next client and we enjoyed a lovely walk around Manor Heath Park and along the Albert Promenade… the views were absolutely stunning!
We finished the afternoon back at theirs with a good catch-up and a refreshing glass of orange juice. Days like this really are the best! 😊

Can you believe we’re already halfway through January?! ⏰😲 Where is the time going?! ❄️✨
The last couple of weeks have been super busy getting back into the swing of things after Christmas 🎄➡️📆 I’ve hit the ground running 🏃‍♀️💨, supporting my clients with day-to-day activities like shopping 🛒, tidying 🧹, and light cleaning 🧼✨
January must be the month for getting in shape 💪🏽🏋️‍♀️ — I’ve been to the gym 🏃‍♀️ and joined two seated chair exercise classes with my clients🪑🤸‍♀️, which were great fun 😄🙌 It’s definitely working… I’m aching this week 🤣😅
And of course, there’s been a little bit of retail therapy too 🛍️😉💸

Happy New Year!! 🥳
What a beautiful, crisp morning 🌤️ First day back since Christmas and New Year, starting with this lovely view from my client’s home — a great way to begin the day.
A productive morning followed, catching up, tidying the house, completing laundry, taking down the Christmas tree, and doing the food shop 🏡🧺🛒 Before long, it was time to move on to my next client for a steady workout session in a rather cold gym 💪❄️
The day flew by — a positive and productive start to the year. ✨

Can’t quite believe we’re saying goodbye to 2025 🎆 Taking a moment to reflect on what an incredible year it’s been. I started my own business in April 2025, and I honestly don’t know where the time has gone!
I began this journey with just one client, which in time led to another four! 🤍✨ When I first started, I could never have imagined being full, especially as I’ve only been doing this for 9 months. I absolutely love what I do and can’t wait to see what 2026 brings 🚀
A huge thank you to everyone, especially my fantastic family and amazing clients, for all your support throughout the year — it truly means so much 🙏💫 Wishing you all a wonderful New Year 🥂🎉

It’s been a busy and fulfilling couple of weeks providing support to my clients with a wide range of activities. From helping with food shopping and light household tasks to enjoying board games, lunch outings, and a cosy film afternoon when the weather wasn’t on our side — it’s been lovely to see everyone enjoying their week in different ways.
We’ve also started to get into the festive spirit 🎄 with a visit to the garden centre to admire the beautiful Christmas displays. It’s a wonderful time of year to bring a bit of cheer and excitement to our days, and we’re already looking forward to putting up the Christmas decorations soon! ✨

🌟 It’s been a busy few weeks, and I can hardly believe how quickly the time is going! I’m still here and keeping very busy — which is always a positive thing.
Lately, I’ve been spending lots of time out in the community with my wonderful clients — supporting them with day-to-day activities such as local walks, grocery and clothes shopping, a bit of DIY ( tackling some DIY (yes, even putting up curtains!) light cleaning, and even enjoying the occasional lunch out together.
It’s been a full and rewarding time, and it’s always lovely to catch up with clients and see the positive difference a bit of support can make. 💛

A productive day supporting my client with a major declutter and item sorting. Once everything was organised, we delivered donations to the charity shop, picked up a few essentials from the supermarket, and returned to ensure their printer was set up and working smoothly. The day ended with some well-deserved rest and a pleasant chat. A great example of how small tasks together can make a big difference. 🙌🙌🙌
