As a new mum myself, I’ve realised how hard it is to carve out even a little time for yourself — and I know not everyone is lucky enough to have childcare to do something just for you.

That’s why I want to offer a 25-minute express head, shoulder & face massage — a little moment for you to unwind.

Pre-crawling babies welcome if you can’t get childcare — these sessions will be seated and baby-led, without any stress.

You’ll remain responsible for your child, but we can pause at any time for feeding, changing, cuddles, or anything else — the idea is to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Coming alone?
Sessions will be nice and relaxed, lying down so you can fully switch off.

Sessions will take place on Thursdays, with the first ones available Thursday 19th February.
These will be first come, first served, so please message me to register your interest.

A calm, guilt-free moment just for you — because you deserve it 💛
