This year’s Scottish 'Pause Summit was a huge success because it achieved its objective: to inform women and to make them feel heard, supported and cared about, with fun thrown in!💗

Many women are already booked for next year and the venue has just been confirmed; we’re returning to The Studio on Hope Street, Glasgow. Can you believe it’s only 10 months away!💗

Just had the most amazing conversation with a fellow meno event organiser and ADHDer who wants to be part of the Scottish 'Pause Summit 2026.

She’s a TEDex speaker and big in the UK meno world, and she wants to help me grow my passion project!
