The Feldenkrais Method® and its signature practice, Awareness Through Movement® is a gentle yet profound movement class to improving how you move,feel and live.
Through slow, guided movement sequences done lying down, sitting or standing, you’ll be invited to pay attention to your body in a new way. The movements are small, comfortable, and unforced. There is no stretching, striving, or pushing — only curiosity. Yet within this softness lies surprising depth. Subtle shifts in awareness can lead to powerful changes in posture, coordination, flexibility, balance, breathing, and overall ease.
The class is suitable for anyone, from those living with chronic pain or recovering from injury, to performers, athletes, and movers seeking refinement and efficiency. It is especially supportive if you feel stiff, stressed, or stuck in habitual patterns.
No experience is needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself to slow down.
