My name is Milli, and I am a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner. Reiki is a channelling of the ‘Universal Energy’ which surrounds us all.

Reiki and Crystal Healing - harnessing the Universal Life Force Energy and the unique vibration of crystals to create a space where healing can occur and balance and harmony is achieved. Crystal Healing will aim to return your mind, body and emotions back to a harmonious, peaceful, joyous, loving state of being in accordance with a natural order of life. The energy flows through my Crown Chakra and is spiritually guided to the recipient. This energy always works for the Greatest Good. Everything in this world is a frequency and when our frequencies are out of sorts, we are dis-eased (we are not at ease). When we are not at ease, our frequency shifts. Reiki and Crystal Healing can help shift your frequency to be less dis-eased.

What a way to start off this week! I am so excited to share that I am now fully qualified in Beauty with Crystals 🔮

I began my training earlier this year with the .a.crystalhealing and learnt all about how this energetic form of massage can help to release and relieve emotional, mental and/ or physical ailments. I loved learning this new modality and really enjoyed carrying out my case studies!

I have had some brilliant feedback from my case studies and profound updates on how the crystal massage has benefited their physical, emotional and mental health ❤️‍🩹

So grateful for for teaching this course and sharing her wisdom as well as all the lovely people I got to meet whilst learning ✨

Reiki surrounds all living things ✨ Reiki can be an incredibly supportive healing practice for animals. Animals are very sensitive to energy so often the sessions for animals are much shorter in comparison to humans 🤲🏼

This picture shows my beautiful cat, Leo, who I regularly give Reiki to. She has various health conditions and responds very well to our Reiki sessions together. She has become more and more comfortable receiving Reiki over the years and immediately falls asleep when I begin now! 💤

Afterwards, she is always much more relaxed and settled. I sometimes incorporate crystals, however she lets me know if she wants the crystals part of the healing or not. She has her favourite crystals too such as Rose Quartz, Amber and Aquamarine 💜

She has even given me a glimpse into her past lives that could be a factor with some of her present day concerns 🐈‍⬛

Woohoo! 🙌🏽 Since the beginning of 2025 I have been learning all about the Angels and embarked on the Angel Practitioner Course with the .a.crystalhealing 💜 It has been a divinely inspiring journey that has not only opened my heart, mind and soul to this way of healing but has also enriched the other holistic modalities that I practice as well! I can’t wait to start offering this type of healing - you are going to LOVE it! 😇

Yesterday I had the incredible opportunity to be a part of the Carers Pampering Day at The Inspired Hub in Hampton 💜 I met some wonderful people and had the pleasure of pampering those who care for others and often do not have the chance to prioritise their own wellbeing. I am so grateful I could help those seeking some relaxation with the Rose Quartz Crystal Facials and Reiki sessions I was offering ✨

You never know what might come through for either the recipient or practitioner during a healing session…having no expectations allows you to enter a state of nothingness which is the place where healing can have profound effects. This morning’s Reiki session was a truly Angelic experience 🪽✨
