Hidden Gem Coaching Accredited Life Coach specialising in Mental Heath and Progress Coaching for Children & Adults. I’m Gemma, I specialise in Coaching, Training and Mental Health.

I trained as a Life Coach and established my coaching practice Hidden Gem Coaching in 2020 and qualified as an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. After qualifying as a Level 4 Mental Health Coach for Children and Adolescents I became a Senior Member of ACCPH & Practitioner Coach with the IAPC&M. I adhere to a Professional Code of Ethics and practice. My passion for working with Young People began in 2005 and I currently support young people with various Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, including Anxiety, Trauma, ASD, ADHD and EBSA. I over see and support the progress of 130 Further Education students, working within colleges in Surrey. In the past I have trained adults to become Mental Health Coaches,
I also coached two cohorts of Secondary school students with the charity Yes Futures as an Impact Coach focusing on building Resilience, Self-Awareness, Communication and Confidence. My coaching style reflects my values of Empathy and Understanding, and my ability to recognise and facilitate each individual client’s unique needs and circumstances. I am qualified and insured to coach adults, adolescents, children and professionals and welcome both Neurotypical and Neurodiverse clients. Feeling proud!

If you were at the conference in April, you would have heard me discuss that with all the hundreds of thousands of families desperately in need of mental health support, there’s NO way anyone can do it on their own

That treating your peers as competition and a threat is part of the problem, not a solution to it

And that if we worked collaboratively, we would achieve so much more

So, today my shout out is to Gemma and Louise who, in February took on running my Portsmouth and Online Level 4 courses for Dandelion

We had so many people asking for more courses; and with only one of me, that wasn’t feasible

So, growing our team was a necessity

Both Louise and Gemma started as graduates of Dandelion, so uphold our values of doing what we ask others to do and have been an asset to me over this year for many reasons

So, a big thank you for all you do for your students, but also me, and mostly for helping grow our
