75lbs loss in 7 months. I look like a completely different person. In the first photo I had pre diabetes, uncontrolled thyroid disease and lots of joint pain. Being healthy isn't all about being skinny but losing weight when you need to can give you a better quality of life.

So I've been a little under the weather the last couple of weeks and fell a bit off track. It's ok as long as you get back on track! consistency is key to weight loss. Just show up everyday and keep trying 🌼 you have got this 🌼

Losing weight doesn't need to be boring!!!! - white toast with butter compared to ham and cheese omelette, bacon, mushroom and rocket salad...... I know what breakfast I would prefer 🤤
