Well we are nearly through January and those dark winter days , I don’t know about you but I find I really struggle to get motivated and my energy levels are definitely lower at this time of the year.
Joining in a group class can really help beat those winter blues and lift your spirits. Exercising with others is fun and actually boosts your ‘happy hormones’ . Try to create a habit of a weekly class( or 2) , your body and your mind will thank you 💪🏼👍🥰
I currently teach a lovely community class open to all at FitnessHQ in Chigwell on Mondays at 10.30am
£10 for an hour of total body conditioning
