Kinesiology Taping Day with 🎉

Here are a few different techniques that can help with pain, swelling and muscular function 😇

The theory 🤓 Kinesiology taping, or K-Tape, is proposed to lift skin away from fascia to create more space = decrease in pressure allowing for increased lymphatic drainage, blood flow and space for muscle contraction.
