Receptionist, Vida Court, 24 hours per week

Vida Court is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who shares Vida’s values and commitment to delivering the highest standards of compassionate care. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and visiting professionals, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who comes to Vida Court. A warm, approachable manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

This role would suit a kind, caring individual who is passionate about helping others and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Working hours:
Wednesday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (24 hours per week), with flexibility required to cover holidays and occasional additional shifts when needed.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Maintenance and Operations team at Vida Hall. This role will support the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of our care homes, helping to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.

The role will be primarily based at Vida Hall in Starbeck, with the flexibility to work across our other sites as required.

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the Finance team based at Vida Grange. This is an excellent role for someone who has excellent administrative and finance skills.

To be considered, you must have:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related role
• Educated to at least GCSE or equivalent (English & Maths are essential)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using financial software and Microsoft Office
• The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
