I am a highly experienced senior Physiotherapist with a wide variety of expertise, with experience in Children's and Adult MSK, adult neurology, the treatment of long term conditions and community rehabilitation. I always strive to give the very best, using effective and appropriate assessment and treatment to enable excellent treatment outcomes. My assessment and treatment skills use the wide breath and wealth of expertise from the whole of my career. I have a particular interest in enabling positive and optimal progression with long standing conditions which may be more complex in nature, and pain problems and I have a warm and empathetic approach. I have worked in large Teaching Hospitals, District Hospitals, within the community and also in private practice.

Most people worldwide experience back pain at some time in their lifetime.

Both adults and children can suffer with back pain. There are specific causes for back pain especially when there is leg pain, pins and needles, or numbness. This can be caused by irritation or compression of nerves in the back.

Physiotherapy services are provided in clinic, through home visits and Residential/Nursing home visits.

I work with other practitioners (as required) to provide holistic care with your GP, Consultant, community care and residential care, staff and Occupational Therapists and Psychologists.

Based from Harrogate, I treat patients in the surrounding areas of Knaresborough, Wetherby, Ripon, Boston Spa, and Otley.
