Forest bathing in the ❄️

A year ago I joined the wonderful on her January Retreat at the . Leading a forest bathing session with a difference!

It was a magical session, embracing the snow~ Noticing temperatures, textures, sounds & different lights of the wintery day.

It can be difficult getting outside when it’s cold ~ but do it. Wrap up warm, bring your favourite hot drink ~ go and explore - what do you notice?
