Its getting cold outside, and there are all sorts going around so Mamas please make sure you're boosting everything you eat!

Colds and flus in pregnancy are the last thing you need - and can be so much harder to get over because your body is already under so much pressure growing a tiny human.

These 4 ingredients can really help!

🔆 Lemon

Note that you can find tumeric root at most supermarkets and its so much more powerful than powdered versions! I like it in omlettes 🥰

🎂Woohoo! HMW is 1 today!🎂

This past year has been the most amazing year ever - I have loved every second of building this business! I feel so lucky and grateful that it gives me the opportunity to meet and really get to know such wonderful families, and help them enter parenthood confidently and positively. I genuinely can't believe that I am so lucky to get to do what I do every day.

I couldn't do any of this without the support and trust of my incredible clients. Every one of you will hold a special place in my heart and I can't thank you enough for trusting me to coach you through your pregnancy, birth and beyond 💕 It has been an absolute honour to support you all, in whatever way that has been.

I can't wait for another year of joy, laughter, excitement and wonder as we continue to build and grow.

Everyone is different when it comes to oxytocin. And it changes constantly! If you would have told my past self "Hey Jo, you're going to love organising in 10 years time!" I would have laughed my pants off! But here we are, and these days I feel calm and nourished when I sort out a cupboard 🤷

What is it for you? When you're pregnant, in labour, or in the postpartum period, tapping into oxytocin helps with EVERYTHING. So knowing yourself and what gives you those good feels is a super important aspect of preparations.
