Are you a new Mama?

Did you know that there are wonderful classes for new Mama's that teach wellbeing and mindfulness techniques? The classes are 5 weekly sessions, run in both Harrogate (run by me) and Ripon (run by the other lovely Jo, founder of Mama's Matter CIC) and are free to all new Mamas!

At Mama's Matter we also run drop in sessions in Ripon and Knaresborough - and are hoping to start one in Harrogate really soon.
