🎶🙏Thank you to everyone who came out on a cold and wet February evening last night.
The beautiful Black Barn was sparkling with light and the vibrations of sound rang brightly through the space.

💦I loved hearing the background of rain and trickling water outside the barn doors and seeing so many people snuggled up under blankets and sleeping bags.
🌱The perfect way to celebrate the whisper of Spring and the gently waking earth.
Gratitude.

Aromatic Reflexology.....
✨A blending of two amazing therapies:
The properties of carefully selected aromatic essential oils (unadulterated oils from flowers, trees, roots and grasses) with the gentle, intuitive touch of reflexology to specific points and areas on the feet.
This time, resulting in deep relaxation, a calming of the emotions and a quieting of the mind.👣🌸

We will be welcoming the longer days and the return of sound bath meditations with Lucy and Nurturing Tranquillity.

Sound bath meditation is an ancient practice designed to quieten the mind. By using a variety of instruments Lucy creates a magical landscape of sound, leading to a deep state of relaxation and increased sense of peace.

‼️ Please be aware that the barn is not heated. The doors will be closed and there will be mats on the floor but we suggest that you bring an additional yoga mat as well as blankets, hot water bottle, sleeping bag, woolly socks .... whatever you need to keep you warm and cosy.
If it has been raining, the path to the barn could be muddy so please wear suitable footwear.

💚What a wonderful weekend at Nurturing Tranquillity ✨

✨Saturday's drumming circle was joyful with our community of beautiful souls; happy hearts and happy drums honouring January, connecting with each other with rhythm and laughter.💚

✨Today was a day of training, working with hand reflexology. We explored the benefits and techniques of this wonderful treatment and it was a joy to share time with like-minded reflexologists.💚

💚✨I love the variety of what I do - every day is different, every day is special.✨💚

✨🎶Sound Events in January🎶✨

✨Jacqui Swakeleys Massage & Reflexology Therapies and I are excited to facilitate the first Drumming Circle of 2026 on Saturday afternoon, 10th January. This is open to all and no experience is necessary. We provide drums and shakers, joy and laughter with our drumming community.
If you have ever wondered about drumming, why not come and give it a try!

For the monthly Sound Bath Meditations there are two dates this month.

✨The first, on Thursday 22nd is a journey with the instruments, welcoming the increasing daylight whilst still grateful for the quiet of winter.

✨Then on Friday 23rd, Kerri Blue Bird Holistics will join me with her beautiful voice. We weave the vibrations and frequencies of the instruments with Karuna Reiki®
