✨Last night's Drumming Circle.✨

🌈 We were welcomed by a rainbow, in fact a double rainbow!

🧡What a beautiful, connected circle of community and friendship.
🧡We drummed, we laughed, we rattled and shook, we explored new sounds, we sung, we spoke, we created rhythms, we celebrated Autumn and we had soooooo much fun.

✨It has been a week of magical Sound Journeys🎶

✨Tuesday evening was magnificent in the Black Barn at Woodoaks Farm .

✨Last night's journey was merged with Kerri's Blue Bird Holistics beautiful voice in West Harrow.

✨Then one more tonight in West Harrow.

🍂With gratitude and celebration of the season of Autumn.
The leaves and berries that were collected on Residential Retreat at the weekend, became part of the centrepiece, scattered amongst the instruments.

💚✨Thank you to the beautiful souls who joined me on the first Nurturing Tranquillity Residential Retreat✨💚

✨We had the best time; in a magnificent space, with sunshine and rain, rainbows and light. We had so much time outside exploring the land where there was an abundance of produce growing in the walled vegetable garden and in the orchard, lots of which we enjoyed - such delicious food🥰

✨Relaxation, release, autumnal celebration, laughter, friendships forged, magic and joy.
✨We had the honour to have breakfast in the library, which was once Ian Fleming's playroom - all because there was a loss of electricity on the ground floor.

✨🙏 A huge thank you to the community of Braziers Park - for your hospitality and warmth, care and kindness.

💕 A perfect weekend.

Our Residential Retreat at Braziers Park is tomorrow!

🧡The change of season is in the air; colours are subtly changing, the aromas bringing a musty earthiness, the sun losing it's heat, the days shortening as we approach the Autumn Equinox.
🍂This is a time of release and appreciation, gratitude and preparation for the Winter months that follow.

✨I am so excited to be bringing a lovely group of souls together to celebrate this magical season, and to be returning to beautiful Braziers.
