Isabelle draws on elements of Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga to create a dynamic flowing style, harmonizing breath & movement to rebalance, strengthen, energise and relax the body & mind. You will be carefully instructed into the poses and adjusted and supported in each posture. More challenging options are offered to those who have been practicing for some time so that everyone develops at their own pace. As you are guided mindfully through the poses with the breath, Isabelle's intention is for you to reconnect with yourself and to experience a magical energy and release. This grounding, self exploration should leave you feeling uplifted and empowered both on the mat and in your life more generally. Come and soak up the zen vibes and enjoy our wonderful

You are sitting on a planet spinning around in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Though you can only see a few thousand stars, there are hundreds of billions of stars in our Milky Way Galaxy alone. look like one star to us, if we could even see it.

You’re just standing on one little ball of dirt and spinning around one of the stars. From that perspective, do you really care what people think about your clothes or your car? Do you really need to feel embarrassed if you forget someone’s name? How can you let these meaningless things cause pain? If you want out, if you want a decent life, you had better not devote your life to avoiding psychological pain. Ever wondered why you feel so good after practices like alternate nostril breathing, box breathing, or even just taking a few long, deep breaths with a sigh?

It’s easy to think of these as simple “breathwork” techniques but there’s actually something deeper going on. In yoga, these practices fall under pranayama, which isn’t just about breathing, it’s about working with your energy.

The breath is simply the tool we use to influence how energy moves through the body, which is why even a few minutes can leave you feeling clearer, calmer or more uplifted.

Each style of breathing has a slightly different effect. Some, like box breathing, help steady and ground you, while others, like alternate nostril breathing, are known for creating balance and a sense of ease. Even something as simple as a long inhale followed by a sigh can release built-up tension and shift your mood.

When you practise yoga with me, these breathing techniques are gently woven into the classes, so you’ll not only experience their benefits but also learn how to use them in your everyday life, whether that’s in moments of stress, overwhelm, or when you simply need to reset.

There are gentle glimpses of sunshine returning now, soft golden light stretching a little longer each day. You can feel the shift in the air. That nourishing sunlight warms our skin, lifts our mood, and restores something deep within us. Just a few brighter mornings can help us feel more energised, balanced, and hopeful. Nature is quietly recalibrating itself and in many ways, so are we.

In the same way, our yoga practice offers us a sanctuary, a place we can always come home to. Not just the physical space of the studio, but the space within ourselves.

Each breath, each movement, each moment of stillness invites us back into presence. Back into gratitude. Back into balance.

When life feels busy or uncertain, yoga becomes our steady ground.

It helps regulate the nervous system, restore homeostasis, and create harmony between body and mind. It is a refuge we carry within us, always available, always welcoming.


As this new season unfolds, I invite you to recommit to your practice. You can book into a regular class and give yourself that consistent space to reset, realign and reconnect.

And a little reminder, I have one remaining space for this Saturday’s Yoga & Sound Retreat from 2pm–4:30pm at Respira Studio. It will be a beautiful, nourishing afternoon of movement, stillness and sound, the perfect way to honour this seasonal transition.

If you feel called, I would love to have you there.

Also a few of my regular classes have a space. Don’t worry if you can’t make them all as missed classes can usually be made up. You can book below.

Join me this Saturday, February 28th, 2:00–4:30pm for a nourishing afternoon dedicated to supporting the nervous system and easing anxiety.

This retreat is a gentle, practical exploration of how yoga can help us rest, regulate and feel more resourced in our everyday lives. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and learn simple tools you can return to again and again.

🌿 What we’ll explore:
• Gentle Hatha & Yin Yoga to calm body & mind
• Yogic tools for working with anxiety
• yoga breathing to regulate the nervous system
• Sound Healing for deep rest and integration
• An introduction to nervines and natural nervous system support

This space is open to all levels — especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in need of a softer pace.

Yoga can be especially beneficial for Tweens & Teens as they navigate rapid physical changes, emotional ups and downs, and increasing academic and social pressures.

These classes offer a supportive space to build strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness while also learning simple breathing and relaxation tools to help manage stress and boost confidence. Practised in an age-appropriate, non-competitive way, yoga helps young people feel more grounded, resilient, and comfortable in their own bodies during this important stage of development. ​

My classes are adapted to support physical development, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.
