Isabelle draws on elements of Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga to create a dynamic flowing style, harmonizing breath & movement to rebalance, strengthen, energise and relax the body & mind. You will be carefully instructed into the poses and adjusted and supported in each posture. More challenging options are offered to those who have been practicing for some time so that everyone develops at their own pace. As you are guided mindfully through the poses with the breath, Isabelle's intention is for you to reconnect with yourself and to experience a magical energy and release. This grounding, self exploration should leave you feeling uplifted and empowered both on the mat and in your life more generally. Come and soak up the zen vibes and enjoy our wonderful

This week we’re working on grounding and realigning our energy.

For the new Term which takes us up until Christmas, space has opened up in these classes:

Mondays 9am
Tuesdays 6.15pm
Fridays 12pm
Fridays Yin Yoga 1.30pm (a slower class)
Saturdays 11am
Sundays 11am

Book below or in bio. Takes place at Respira Studio North Harrow, an intimate space, maximum 7 students, with all equipment provided including fluffy blankets, organic flaxseed eye pillows and bolsters.

These classes would be a great introduction to Yoga and a wonderful gift idea for a loved one who you think would benefit from the incredible benefits of this ancient practice.

Ayurveda teaches us that Vata, our element of air, increases during Autumn, making us feel unsettled and unbalanced. Our Yin Yoga practice can harmonise and balance this out with the element of Kapha, earth, which grounds and calms our being.

Immerse yourself in an evening of delicious, deep yin yoga, breathwork and sound therapy, hitting pause on the fast pace of life & taking some precious time out for self-care.

Sound healing is a powerful antidote to our modern day, stressed out lifestyles where our nervous system tends to be disregulated.

You can opt to experience the resonance of the Tibetan bowl on your body. Experiencing the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan Bowl Therapy adds another level of deep sound resonance calming & affecting your overall wellbeing.

This ancient healing modality utilises deep vibrations and soothing sounds to bring relief from stress-related ailments or conditions.

Breath work, guided meditation & sound healing will be interwoven throughout the evening. Sound Healing is an extremely powerful and non-intrusive method used to release stress and reduce physical pain.

Takes place at Respira Studio, Harrow. Space very limited and these events sell out fast, so please book soon if you’re hoping to attend.

Yin yoga offers the perfect space to pause, soften, and reset.

By holding postures for several minutes with deep, intentional breaths, yin yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, signaling to the body that it’s safe to relax. This gentle practice soothes stress, melts away tension, and creates the stillness needed for mindfulness to flourish.

With each long-held pose, we cultivate patience and awareness—laying the foundation for meditation and a deeper connection to the present moment. As nature awakens, let’s embrace the balance of movement and stillness, effort and ease.

Breathe deeply. Stretch gently. Stay present.

Most classes are now full for the new Spring yoga term but Friday 1.30pm Yin Yoga has space. (Also Saturday’s 11am for Hatha Yoga)

In class this week, we’ve been diving deep into awareness - awareness of sensation, awareness of breath, and awareness of the present moment. Why? Because practicing awareness and mindfulness isn’t just about relaxation—it actually changes the brain and supports our health in powerful ways.

When we practise mindfulness, we strengthen the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for self-regulation, focus, and emotional balance. We also calm the amygdala, reducing stress and anxiety. This shift helps regulate our nervous system, lowers inflammation, and even boosts immune function—keeping us healthier and more resilient against illness and disease.

By simply tuning into our breath and bodily sensations, we train ourselves to respond rather than react, to find calm in chaos, and to cultivate inner strength and well-being.

Friday 1.30pm yin has space and Saturday 11am if you’d like to join us this week.
