Today is a gentle reminder to check in with ourselves — to pause, breathe and listen to what our hearts are whispering.
Mental health matters. Your feelings matter. You matter.
Reiki has been such a beautiful support in my own life — helping me find calm in the chaos, peace in the stillness and light when things felt heavy. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t always mean “fixing” ourselves… sometimes it’s simply allowing ourselves to be and to receive love and energy where we need it most.
If you’re feeling anxious, tired or disconnected, please know you’re not alone. Be gentle with yourself today — rest if you need to, cry if you need to, laugh if you can. Every small act of self-care is a step toward balance.
Sending Reiki love and light to everyone today, especially those who are struggling silently. You are seen, you are loved and you are enough.
