My Wednesday night class is now dedicated to Budokon yoga, a modern style of flow yoga with roots in martial arts and mobility. This is a beginner's class so everyone is welcome to come along and try something a bit different. Learn our signature transitions and poses you've probably not done before...it will be challenging but fun at the same time! 👌

🎃 Last call for some Halloween yoga this Monday, 30th October at 7pm! 🎃

Join us at Centre - Yoga & Wellbeing on Park Road, Hartlepool for a special 90 minute class. We will be deep diving into some Yang yoga AND Yin yoga as we explore balance and harmony the night before All Hallow’s Eve. There will be a special guided meditation, aromatherapy and a goodie bag to go home with full of nourishing treats.
