Thought i was dead clever today - finally being able to finish off painting the stairs that i started last month. Took regular sit downs & everything. 😒

I dont usually suffer with syncope but my god - came on really fast! Laid on the floor with legs up for half hour before it started to pass 😬😮‍💨

Today I thought screw it - couldn't wait any longer for a conversation with the cardiologist to whether it's safe to resume my adhd meds.

And thanks to said meds - today is literally the best I've felt this year!!

My POT's might be having a lil wobble with a high of 141 bpm just sat blow drying my hair but there is some random lows.

So I personally don't feel the meds are causing a knock on effect - they help me more than anything just to get through the pain, constant fatigue, weakness, brain fog, dizziness etc etc everyday!

Oh and I got some new photochromic blue light geggs to try prevent migraines 🤓

Big day tomorrow.

I'm at court for a Case Management Hearing for not paying a penalty notice for taking my kids out of school for a respite holiday due to my disabilities. I've done all my own research since July and I'm defending mysel.

I just hope I don't get myself all worked up and end up having a huge flare up!

On the joys of Raynaud's!

Numb & painful out of nowhere even though I've had socks on and haven't been out the house at all!!

One went away during a hot shower but the other lingered for a good half hour after 😒

P.s Dont judge the nik naks! 👣🤣
