Thérapie avec Dr Sandra Boccard-Binet – une approche empathique, pluraliste et personnalisée
Vous traversez une période difficile, de l’anxiété, un stress persistant, un sentiment d’être bloqué(e) ou en perte de sens ? Vous n’êtes pas seul(e), et il est possible de se sentir mieux.
Je suis le Dr Sandra Boccard-Binet, psychologue (PhD, MSc Psychologie), thérapeute en counselling formée à l’hypnothérapie et spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des personnes neurodivergentes, notamment autistes.
✨ Mon approche est pluraliste : j’adapte chaque séance à vos besoins, en m’appuyant sur différentes méthodes thérapeutiques.
🌀 Formée à l’hypnothérapie – utile pour l’anxiété, les phobies, les troubles du sommeil ou certaines dépendances.

Impacts of Sleep Deprivation:
🧠 Cognitive and Mental Health Impacts
Impaired memory and concentration: Reduces attention, problem-solving skills, and short-term memory.

Mood changes: Increases irritability, stress, and risk of depression and anxiety.

Reduced judgment and decision-making: Leads to impulsive behavior and poor choices.

Hallucinations (in extreme cases): Particularly with prolonged total sleep deprivation.

Increased risk of mental health disorders: Chronic sleep loss is linked to anxiety, depression, and even psychosis.

Weakened immune system: Increases susceptibility to illness.

Hormonal imbalance: Disrupts hormones that regulate hunger, growth, and stress (e.g., cortisol, ghrelin, leptin).
