Thank you, thank you, thank you to the women that bought their magic today and co created a wonderful circle! We had beautiful aromatherapy from Relax Revive Restore and Jess bought a lovely spray as well! And I also made an orange cake to go with our Blue Lotus and Cacoa.

I have left the circle feeling nurtured. I appreciate each one of your energies that came today and shared authentically 💚

What happens when we drum?

On a personal level drumming helps me move through stuck emotions, it gets me out of my mind and it to my body and then on to astral plains. I feel wild, I feel raw, I feel connection, I feel alive. As part of Shamanic healing the drum is a very sacred instrument made of hide, I have a deep connection with my drum - particularly the one I made myself which is made from deer.

Drumming in circle is so powerful - we become aligned and create a multi layered vibration field. Studies show repetitive drumming put ours brains waves on theta range which is the same range as meditation. It is scientifically proven that it lowers stress and cortisol.
A drum is a sacred extension of your voice - the heart beat of the earth. The first thing we hear and feel is our mothers heartbeat, the vibrations soothe us - it is the most primal frequency we know. Drumming heals us.

I’ve always loved drums, I started playing a western kit when i was in my teens - a deep red Pearl kit with Zildjian cymbals and a double bass pedal, I also used a Roland TD6 electric kit. I loved these and I felt like ME. during the time of teenage angst sitting at my kit and playing along with whatever rock/alternative/metal I could bash my heart out too. Those were some of my happiest times, getting into a beautiful flow state. The experiences I have had in life have really bought me to where I am now, and to a place to be able to facilitate healing events.

At Sacred Wild Nature drum circles we sit in mediation to help ground us and bring us in to the here and now - help us to land a reflect on where we truly are at and what we need. We share if we feel drawn to, we let everyone be heard and held as they are. We drum with intention - we send out love and vibrations to where they are needed. We share sacred herbs, oils and plant medicine. Take what resonates with you and leave anything that doesn’t.

I’m sure you’re intrigued, there is a space for you to come and see how it feels. No experience is necessary, your body and heart will know what to do!

Hi All!

Just a post on the oil for Sacred Wild Nature Women's Drum Circle last Sunday, this is what's in it and why.

Custom made Aromatherapy blends, in both Sprays & Oil format, are a mainstay in my Therapy, Healing & Sound Events and was a pleasure bringing this out to the wider community.

The spray oil for the Circle is a journey of The Goddess in a bottle - through Maid, Mother, Crone.

You have:

🌺 The Maids - Jasmine & Ylang Ylang:
Both these oils are hypnotics, anti depressants and aphrodisiacs. They are the ones that ask you to step forward with your creativity. They open you up to it, loud and proud. Full of positivity and the most energetic.

🌹The Mothers - Lavender & Rose:
Lavender is an adaptogen, analgesic, balancer. It's an all round go to healer and brilliant for anxiety and dissolving creative blocks.
Rose is your heart oil and symbolic of the divine feminine. Classically used in Aromatherapy in affairs of the heart (loss, grief, heartache) it's the greatest comforter. Both drop you back into your body in the most compassionate way, like a loving hug.

💐 The Crones - Sandalwood & Frankinsence:
Sandalwood is another hypnotic and used for Insomnia in Aromatherapy as deeply relaxing. It is a grounding oil, but brings you deep into Meditation, especially your deeper landscapes.
Frankinsence is the 'veil lifter'. It's used for extreme anxiety, stress and shock in Aromatherapy. It's the one that forces you to slow down and take stock. In Meditation it aids in deeper breathing as balsamic, but also the most likely to aid in accessing psychic awareness from my experience.
Both are deep wisdom bringers.

Happy Winter Solstice 🌞🌀

To mark this wonderful day I foraged plants from my garden to make wreaths with the children, created a beautiful simmer pot with cranberries, oranges, cloves, cinnamon and ginger, and dried orange slices in the oven. The whole house is warmed with a rich, fruity scent. The sound of robins and blue t**s talking to each other and the scent of the rosemary and eucalyptus grown in my garden filled me with gratitude.
Grateful for this time of rest and grateful that the days will gradually start getting longer.
These rituals and ceremonies keep me grounded and connected to the earth - this evening I will be in ceremony with candles and oracle cards.
