This week is Children's Mental Health Week and we all know over the last few years it hasn't been at all easy for anyone-especially children. As a Kinesiologist and mother of 4 children I know how important it is for children to be able to express themselves and feel understood. I also know that so much of children's strategies to cope come from watching the people around them.
Here are some tips for parents from the Children's Health Week website.

👉Be open to all conversations
👉Take time to reflect
👉Don’t make comparisons
👉Prioritise your own self-care
