I wanted to share this with you, as we often focus all our energy to get fit, get connected or have a clear mental state, but we don't actually realise if we want to achieve our goals they all have to be in balance...
I recently realised that even though I thought I had quite a good balance (good diet, regular exercise, working on self-development, meditating, praying), but what I realised was, that I never do anything vigorous... which meant that I am witholding to unleash the energy inside me, and how much that restricts my performance...
It was quite a shock, as its such a simple thing, but it can change everything!!
