So health wise 2025 can go right in the bin! A bad bout of Covid last January then Achilles Tendinitus in July that still with me and may never heel (typo intended).
Haven't been able to run since...for 6 months. Meant to be doing a half-marathon in 2 months...doing rehab and weights, walking 12.5k steps a day.
Post Xmas diet needs improving but all achievable. Find me on Insta at

TODAY I am co-hosting the Hastings Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) Paddle Out...the post after this has the details. (You can Google to find your local one.) In October last year I did their Dip A Day fundraiser...many of you heroes donated helping me raise £2 thousand pounds by going in the sea 31 times that month...sometimes late after work, in the dark, just the right side of risky. (It was my last day in London on Oct 1st...so I went in the Thames...at Hammersmith..).
Here is an SAS short to remind us of the beauty and value of the planet's waters. I found it incredibly moving and it brought me to tears - a salt water reminder...

Dropped over a kilo in 24 hours! Yesterday did 100 press ups (5x20) and 48 RDLs (3x16). Today a 6k run then 3x16 12kg curls and same Shoulder Presses. Look at the stats. BMI & body fat down too. AND lots of booze/food cals last 24 hours too! Imagine my DryJan stats! 🙌🏼💪🏼✊🏼🥳
