Mental health weekly postings (26/1/26) - We all strive for inner peace and greater balance. When we are not in harmony with oneself, this leads to a dis polarity within us and this causes unease in our body or mind, leading to deregulation and possible pain or possible mental health difficulties. In these times it is hard to find peace or balance. Do not wait for things to go wrong, prepare. Do meditation, practise mindfulness. Go for a walk or be around people who make you happy and talk about how you feel.This reminds you about the need to have inner peace and the need to have greater balance. So don’t wait to go bang, instead don’t wait to find inner peace and balance.
