Tuesdays card of the day - It is not what we do that matters, but the intention we set in doing it. We can all say something, feel something or even do something, but when it comes from a place of strength, conviction and a place of honesty, that wields the greatest power, unleashes the beast within you, the warrior. It shows the world, what you intend to do, is to make a difference and not be swayed by the views, opinions and beliefs of others but instead , know you, what you aim to do and be, and that is the focussed intention. Don’t allow others to take away what you are, what you say, because you are a mam/woman of truth and with that intention, no one can stand in your way

Tuesdays thought - The easiest thing to do sometimes is to run away. But if we are strong and stand and face those fears, they are no longer fears. They are simply remnants of objects that acted as a barrier and stopped us being who we are. If we are not going to face our fears then how can we truly unleash our strength.

Mondays card of the day - The card of the day returns after a two week break. We need to all learn that we cannot keep charging forward and trying to keep galloping forward, when there is no energy in the tank. It is on these days that we need to stop and take a rest. Then we come back stronger and better for the rest we have had. ❤️

Reposting a post I posted about 18 months ago. I hope it resonates with you and if so, feel free to share

If I had listened to people over the years, I would not be happy. I would not have been a teacher or a medium. I would have been just like anyone else, but I am not, I am me.

But I know my path, even when barriers have gone up and told me I could not do it. I dug deep and proved to everyone, no one can tell me what to do, and so I outshone. If you listen to others, you are doing what they say and not being the true you.

Shine your true light, be unique and prove to them, you do not answer to anyone but to you, and shout a big Amen. I have lost friendships and jobs to stand alone, but knew what I had to do was to stand up for myself and prove everyone wrong and what was right.

To be me you must remain forever strong. Be you, don’t follow the masses and speak the truth, even when others will not listen to what you have to say, or what you must do. Those who do not love you, believe in your truth, will fall by the wayside and then go away, while you are still standing and prove to all, you have stood tall and answered the call. One for justice, one of sheer delight, one where you must standup for what is always right.

I have walked a path of justice and a path of truth alone,
A path of difficulty and a path of honesty and a path that I had to hold onto, like a dog holds a bone.
But I know what I have had to do.
It was right for me,
Even when I wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
They said I could not do it and so I stood a lone,
Never believing they were right, and always proving them wrong.
Being unique, and not following the masses,
Saying to them I will prove it,
As I do not sing to your song.
Being individual and standing your ground,
Is important as I have always found.
If I had listened to them
I would not be here, even after all of the tears.
So whenever someone says you cannot do something based on their ideals,
Remember you are an individual who has strength and might,
A true ambassador who must fight.
for your beliefs and to say what is wrong.
Proving that justice will always prevail.
As long as you wear your heart on your shoulder and with truth in your eyes,
You will not be distracted and told you are wrong, just say I am truthful, loving and kind.
If people have challenged you and made you feel afraid, stand tall and destroy the opinions of the enclave.
I am right, you are wrong,
But the truth will come out and you will sing to my song.
For you are great, amazing and true,
Simply because you are not trying to be anyone else, just simply trying to be you.
So now you have read this, think again, know you are an individual and with integrity and that deserves an Amen.
A person with distinction and a person of truth,
One loved by those who know you for who you truly are.
Travelling a journey of truth and not one of dispair, even when I was downtrodden and simply needing care.
I know who I am, do you know you?
As long as you do, then you know the truth is within you and you know what you must do, do nothing but simply be you.

2026 will be our last full year of working and travelling. In the last 12 years we have ventured a lot and achieved a lot.

We have served in 29 of the 43 counties in the UK. Taking us to the seaside and cities of England, to the heights of Scotland green fields of Ireland and the mountains of Wales, come rain or shine. We have served abroad, worked throughout the good times and the bad, as well as taught in various places both here and abroad. Serving over 350 venues and averaging 200 events per year, we have been blessed. We have travelled an average of 30,000 per year (UK) clocked up the air miles as well as serving our online services worldwide. What else can be done?

We are not going out quietly, as 2026 will see new locations and new centres in our biggest tour yet. So come and support us as we make 2026 a year for Spirit and a year to remember. Come and say hello and see us at one of our venues locally, nationally or internationally. We look forward to seeing you. Matt and Kirsty
