But now, we keep that all alive without chatting to EVERYONE! We focus on group thinking and group sharing!

What an amazing evening in group last night ❤️

Celebrating these two wonderful ladies who were voted as our 2025 Women of the Year!

They are both so kind, determined, strong and supportive of their fellow members and have lost an incredible 7 stone between them 💪 I am privileged to be helping them on their journeys and I love having them in group each week!

Chocolate covered strawberries 🙌

Defrosting berries 😍

I love getting mixed fruits ready in the fridge for the next few days, look at those lovely colours!
