I wanted to share a few things I've learnt over the last few years of teaching yoga in Hertfordshire
1, there are some beautiful people focused on positive connection and bringing themselves fully and vulnerable to the space (however that looks for them)
2. It can take some people a while to finally build up to their goal of attending class AND THAT IS COMPLELTY OK. Our community is here and not going anywhere.
3. People think of class and their attendees throughout the week. This is what MOVED ME THE MOST THIS WEEK. In one of my classes, someone asked to share a poem them found at the end of the meditation (love this energy btw it's your class make it yours), and I thought 'wow this person came across this, thought of the class and people in it, wished to share it and remembered to bring it. That what they learnt from the poem could benefit others. That the person felt it was their space THEIR CLASS enough to make their mark.
4. Showing up is what counts. Not every week we will be at our strongest, most fluid or able to think straight. Yoga is not about perfection, but showing up for yourself and moving through what you need.
I hope you find a beautiful space for you and if that's us, we welcome you with open arms.
Monday 7-8pm Penn Clinic all equipment provided. Limited to 8 people so message to reserve your space or ask any questions.
See you at the mat
