Blood test WILL NOT give you an accurate measurement of whether you have deficiencies as they are just a snapshot in time while the blood is drawn - For an in depth analysis you really need to get a hair mineral test analysis and it needs to be properly assessed by an expert who can guide you through getting yourself back into balance! But i found this post that might be helpful for people looking for guidance on what foods are good for certain deficiencies that are easily added to your diet to help with symptoms. Variety is key when using food as medicine!
