hydration should be the very first habit you tackle.

Because it’s an easy win.

Drinking enough water each day:

✔️ helps nutrient absorption

✔️ improves energy, focus & mood
✔️ helps your body actually do the healing work

But just as importantly…
it puts you in the mindset of habit-building.
