Evening folks,

What another fantastic week. Mega busy with clients and I've had some really good results, it's so satisfying seeing the difference regular massage makes in people's lives.

I've still got some availability throughout the week, Monday and Tuesday are fully booked though.

Hesitant in trying a session? Give me a call or whatsapp for a chat, to see if I can put you at ease. It really is beneficial for everyone.

There's a lot of stigma around deep tissue and sports massage, that it has to be really painful to work, that's really not the case. I always work to your tolerances and I'm really good a gauging the right pressure to get a good release. It's all about calming down the nervous system and finding balance. That's why it's so great for people who are dealing with stress and anxiety also, we store so much tension in our bodies!

I cover the whole of the Hope Valley, surrounding villages and Sheffield and Chesterfield, and I don't charge extra for mobile sessions.

I'm about to complete another training course to offer a whole new treatment, so watch this space, plus I'm booked on a couple more later in the year!

COMPETITION TIME 🥳🥳

I've lived in the Hope Valley my whole life, so I'm a massive advocate for giving back to the local community, I regularly donate sessions to local causes, but I thought I would do my own competition this time.

I don't think there's enough emphasis on taking the time to rest and recover, and the benefits that having a quality sports massage can bring, massage has been around for thousands of years!

So I would like to give 2 sessions away, so people can experience the benefits it has, not just on the body, by reliveing tension and speeding up recovery, but how it can calm the nervous system from being in a sympathetic state (fight or flight) to parasympathetic (rest and digest) helping to reduce stress and anxiety and promote a sense of well being

Sports massage really can help all walks of life, I see such a varied range of clients, from office workers with a constant tight neck and shoulders, manual workers with tired legs and backs, to elite athletes, looking to gain that competitive edge

I'll be doing the draw at 7pm next Friday. All you have to do is follow the prompts on the poster

I'm still taking bookings in the meantime and offer sessions either at my room or in the comfort of your own home, for no extra charge
