Ingredients
350g Frozen Strawberries (you can use any berries!)
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Method
Cook frozen strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat until soft and juicy.
Mash them with a fork until they resemble a compote.
Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken.
