Havant, our final stop this week 🚌💛

As we wrap up Children’s Mental Health Week, we’re in Havant sponsored by Wates, and it’s been incredibly moving to see so many students step into the space and engage with these sessions.

We’re deeply passionate about supporting young minds with simple, accessible mental health tools, helping children feel calmer, more regulated and more supported, both in school and beyond.

Ending this week feeling grateful, inspired, and reminded why this work matters so much ✨

What a powerful start to our London tour for Children’s Mental Health Week 🚌✨

A huge thank you to Delancey for sponsoring our visits to schools across Newham, Chelsea and Fulham this week. Because of this partnership, over 300 young people (and staff) were able to experience moments of calm, reflection and connection.

Here’s just some of the feedback:

💛 “It was magical.” – Deputy Head, Maryland Newham
💛 “It brought awe and wonder to our children and parents.”
💛 “We want them back, such a wonderful way to start the week.”
💛 “Very calming and nourishing.” – Teacher, Fulham
💛 Students shared how much they loved the breathing, tapping and sound sessions with staff noticing a real sense of calm and positivity afterwards.

We’re so passionate about supporting young minds with accessible wellbeing tools they can carry beyond the session.

Thank you again to Delancey for making this possible ✨

We’re in London today and tomorrow for Children’s Mental Health Week 💛

We’re working with Delancey to bring wellbeing, calm and regulation tools to 4 schools across the city.

Every year during Children’s Mental Health Week, we hit the road and travel all across the UK, bringing essential wellbeing tools to children and young people in schools. Our mission is to equip them with the skills they need to support their mental health and resilience, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. 🙏

Let the magic begin 🚌

Community wellbeing work doesn’t happen by accident; it happens because people choose to support it. 💛

Much of what we do at The Zen Project is about bringing calm, grounding, and mental health support into community spaces, especially where access is limited and support is needed most.

As we move through winter and into the year ahead, we’re actively looking for funding support to help us continue and grow this work.

That might look like:
✨ Knowing someone who supports community or mental health initiatives
✨ Making a donation, big or small
✨ Volunteering time or skills
✨ A company or organisation wanting to fund or sponsor community wellbeing work

Every conversation, connection, or contribution helps us reach more people with simple, accessible practices that support mental health and emotional resilience.

If you or someone you know might be interested in supporting our community work, we’d love to hear from you.

Send us a message or share this post; it all makes a difference. 💛

Thank you for being part of a community that cares.

As we step into 2026, we’re continuing our commitment to making mental health support simple, accessible, and human.

If your workplace, school, or university is feeling the weight of January or looking for meaningful wellbeing support throughout the year, this is a great time to connect.

We work with organisations in a few key ways:
✨ Micro wellbeing workshops that fit into busy days
✨ Nervous-system regulation practices that people can actually use
✨ Burnout recovery and reset sessions
✨ Gentle, supportive experiences for staff and students

January doesn’t need fixing, it needs care.

And wellbeing works best when it’s consistent, not reactive.

If you’re exploring wellbeing support for 2026, we’d love to share more about how we work.

💛 Send us a message to request our intro pack and start a conversation about how we can support your community this year.

As a team, we don’t rush into January with big plans or pressure-filled goals.

Instead, we take a moment to pause and ask a few simple questions.

You might like to try them too:

✨ How do I want to feel this year?
✨ What do I want more space for in my life?
✨ What do I want to nourish, in my body, mind, or relationships?
✨ What kind of energy do I want to bring into my days?

There’s no rush to answer everything right now.
These aren’t targets or demands, just quiet prompts to help you tune in.

January isn’t about having it all figured out.
It’s about giving yourself permission to start softly.

We’re taking that approach as a team and we’re inviting you to do the same. 💛

Today is often labelled Blue Monday but we love the way this year are reframing it as Brew Monday instead.

A reminder that when things feel heavy, connection matters.

Brew Monday is about something beautifully simple: putting the kettle on, reaching out, and sharing a cuppa and a catch-up with someone you care about.

There’s no such thing as one “sad day” in January, feeling low doesn’t follow a schedule.

But there is always time for a brew and a moment of connection.

So today (and any day), we’re encouraging you to do the same:
☕ Check in on someone
☕ Invite a conversation
☕ Listen as much as you talk

Because these small moments really matter.

And for some people, they can make all the difference. 💛

January burnout is real.

After the festive season, many people return to work or study already feeling tired, low energy, financial pressure, emotional overload, and the sudden expectation to be “back to normal.”

This isn’t a lack of motivation.

It’s a nervous system that hasn’t had time to recover.
That’s why January is one of the most important months for mental health support.

✨ We currently have availability in January for drop-in wellbeing sessions for workplaces and universities, supporting both staff and students with short, grounding practices that help them pause, regulate, and reset.

We’re also looking to build long-term partnerships with organisations that want to support mental health consistently throughout the year, not just when things reach crisis point.

Wellbeing works best when it’s ongoing, accessible, and human.

If your workplace or university is feeling the weight of January, and you’re looking for meaningful mental health support, send us a message.

We’d love to explore how we can support your community this year. 💛

We hear it all the time.

“I know breathwork is good for me.”
“I’ve heard meditation helps.”
“I should probably do something… but I never quite get around to it.”

Not because people don’t care, but because when life is busy, these practices can sound too simple or feel out of reach to actually use.

This is where in-person experiences matter.

When you step into a shared space with someone guiding you, others doing it alongside you, and nothing else demanding your attention, the practice becomes real. Accessible. Doable.

At the heart of what we do is this reminder:
✨ You already have the tools you need to regulate your nervous system.
✨ You don’t need special equipment, apps, or hours of free time.
✨ You just need a few minutes and permission to pause.

Breathing. Noticing your body. Slowing down.
These aren’t complicated skills, they’re human ones.

In-person sessions create the conditions for people to feel the impact, often for the first time. And once they do, those tools stay with them, long after the session ends.

This is how emotional resilience is built.
Not through pressure or perfection.
But through simple practices, experienced together.

If you’re curious about bringing this kind of support into your workplace, university, or community space, we’d love to talk. 💛
Send us a message to explore what might work for your people.
