It's nearly the end Mental Health Awareness Week 🌿

Reiki, Gua Sha, auricular therapy, and Duopody reflexology all have such a gentle but powerful way of lifting mood, easing anxiety, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

Duopody in particular works with the NEPIP system — NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody — specifically designed to reduce stress by addressing the nervous system, hormones, mind, and immune response all at once. 💚

Every session looks a little different. Sometimes we chat all the way through, sometimes we sit in gentle music and comfortable silence. Sometimes we stick to one therapy, sometimes there are more.
