✨Class Spotlight: Hatha & Stretch Yoga ✨
A gentle and supportive yoga class designed to help you improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing.
This class is ideal for anyone looking for a slower-paced practice, particularly those who may feel a little stiffer with age or simply prefer a more mindful approach to movement.
We begin with standing postures to build strength and stability, then gradually move to the mat for a series of carefully guided stretches and poses. There are no fast flows or frequent transitions up and down, and plenty of props such as straps and blocks are used to make each posture more comfortable and accessible.
With a focus on breath, gentle movement, and deep stretching, you'll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and wonderfully relaxed.
