✨ Over the years, supporting women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery has become something I care deeply about — not just on the mat, but in all the hidden layers of motherhood.
As a postnatal yoga teacher and core and pelvic floor rehab coach, I’ve seen what’s really missing in the way we care for mums — the emotional support, the space to heal, and the time to be seen.
So I followed that calling...
I trained in postnatal transition coaching and birth trauma resolution — and from it, I’ve created something close to my heart:

Alongside this I also offer 1:1 “Birth Trauma Coaching” – a safe, gentle space to heal difficult or overwhelming birth experiences.
Because every mum deserves to feel supported, understood, and whole again — not just physically, but emotionally too.
