A heartfelt Care Ambassador visit from Tracy 💙

Tracy had a planned visit with Dot, and although it was a beautiful sunny afternoon, Dot wasn’t quite feeling up to going out. Instead, she chose something just as meaningful—good company and a proper catch-up ☕

They spent time chatting about everything and anything, sharing laughs and enjoying a couple of coffees together. While Dot wasn’t feeling her best, it was clear how much the companionship meant—sometimes that’s exactly what’s needed 💙

As Tracy was leaving, Dot said, “Please come again anytime”—a lovely reminder of just how important these visits are 💙
