Over the past six weeks we’ve had the absolute pleasure of hosting a series of Lunch & Learning sessions all about sleep, healthy eating and simple wellbeing habits for adults with learning disabilities. Each 30‑minute session has been fun, relaxed and packed with practical tips the group could use straight away.

Working with a brilliant group of five clients and four dedicated support staff has been genuinely rewarding. Their energy, curiosity and humour made every week something to look forward to, and watching confidence grow as people shared ideas, asked questions and tried new things has been a real highlight.

We’re really going to miss this group. Six weeks of learning together, laughing together and building small healthy habits has been a joy, and we’re so proud of everything they’ve achieved.

Dyslexia & ADHD: My Lightbulb Moment

I always knew I struggled to focus, retain, and learn—but getting diagnosed with dyslexia in 2020 brought clarity. ADHD came later, and suddenly the whirlwind made sense.

It’s a superpower, but it’s exhausting. Hard to explain unless you live it.

What’s helped most? Finding a community that gets it. A place to swap tools, tips, and real stories mostly light-hearted, always from a place of deep understanding.

If your brain works differently, you’re in good company 💙
